Essence – Extra Virgin Organic Olive Oil
L’Oli Ferrrer-Essence is an organic extra virgin olive oil, a gourmet product of exceptional quality produced with double amount of olives from the best selection of olive harvest to extract the essence of liquid gold. The intense and expressive olive oil takes us to the origins of our Mediterranean terroir.
It is an organic extra virgin Arbequina olive oil, selected 100% Arbequina organic olives in the area of Garrigues, obtained from first cold pressed olives by mechanical procedures which do not modify its natural composition without using chemical fertilizers or pesticides, obtaining our best olive oil, with a high content in natural antioxidants and polyphenols that maintain the properties of olive oil and it provides for its properties an enormous benefit for the healthy.
Pedro Ximenez Organic Vinegar
The superior quality of our organic vinegar is achieved by the inclusion of 100% organic Pedro Ximénez grapes. The grapes are dried naturally in the sun and are produced without using synthetic chemicals.
The wine is aged through the method of “criaderas y soleras”, obtaining a balsamic vinegar without added sugars, high organoleptic expression and harmony between natural sweetness and acidity.
TASTING NOTES
Organic Balsamic Vinegar Pedro Ximenez. Dark, fruity, with a hint of sweetness and aromas of PX raisins, caramel and honey, and notes as aged in American oak. It gives a balanced sweetness of the grapes with freshness and acidity.
