At Fine Taste Club we take great care to ensure the best shipping and handling service. We do everything possible to deliver to your door the quality you are expecting from all our products including items that require special care such as chocolate, cheeses and cured meats.
Destination boxes monthly subscription plans
Shipping cost:
All Destination boxes shipping and handling costs are included within the US 48 Continental states. Extra shipping costs apply to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska and Canada.
When my Destination boxes will be shipped:
Destination boxes, first boxes will be shipped in approximate 14 business days. Following boxes will be shipped according to the following calendar:
For orders placed between 1-15 of every month, the 2nd and following boxes will be shipped on the 14th each month (or the immediate Friday if 14th is a Saturday or Sunday) and expected to be received 2-5 days after shipping is made.
For orders placed between 16 -31 of each month, the 2nd and following boxes will be shipped on the 27 of each month (or the immediate Friday if the 27th is a Saturday or Sunday) and expected to be received 2-5 days after shipping is made
Shop Items
Free shipping and handling for orders over $69.99.
All shop orders (may include one or more items) over $69.99, all shipping and handling costs are included within US 48 Continental states. Extra shipping cost may apply to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska and Canada.
For all specialty boxes less than $69.99, a flat shipping and handling economy flat fee of $14.95 will apply within US 48 Continental states.

Orders to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico
With all orders shipped to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico, an extra fee will apply based upon weight and dimensions.

Cancelations
Monthly subscriptions
For destination boxes monthly subscriptions. Cancellations can be made under manage my subscription tab or calling Customer Service 1800 826 0231 you will receive a cancelation number. See below cancellation conditions according to each of the subscription recurrences (see terms of subscription)
Terms of Subscription
Fine taste Club offers monthly subscription programs for its Destination boxes in the following recurrences:
Monthly subscription (to be renewed every month)
By subscribing and buying a monthly subscription the buyer (subscriber) acknowledges and authorize the correspondent ordered box will be delivered every month and the payment will be charge in advance at the beginning of each period (every month) and will be automatically renewed for successive monthly periods. The subscriber can, at any time, cancel the subscription by logging into finetasteclub.com account or emailing to help@finetasteclub.com. All cancellations should be made 5 business days prior to the next billing day according to your billing records. In case the cancelation occurs less than 5 business days of the billing date, the box corresponding to that month will be shipped and no refunds will apply and the cancellation will be effective for the following period the subscription may be used by the subscriber during that period and until the end of it.
Fine Taste Club may submit charges without authorization for upcoming periods until the subscriber submit the cancelation according to finetasteclub.com process or provide information to change the payment method.
Monthly subscription boxes are renewed automatically.
Quarterly subscription (to be renewed every 3 months)
By subscribing and buying a quarterly subscription the buyer (subscriber) acknowledges and authorize the corresponded ordered box will be delivered every month and the payment will be charge in advance at the beginning of each period (every three months) and will be automatically renewed for successive three month periods. The subscriber can, at any time, cancel the subscription by logging into finetasteclub.com account or emailing to help@finetasteclub.com. All cancellations should be made 5 business days prior to the next billing day according to your billing records. In case the cancelation occurs less than 5 business days of the billing day or less than 5 days of current month delivery date (in the case of months following the corresponding period billing month) according to your billing records. The box corresponding to that month will be shipped and no refunds will apply to that month. the cancellation will be effective for the rest of the period and the subscriber will be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion paid for the subscription period.

Quarterly subscriptions won’t be renewed automatically. An email will be sent to the subscriber to remind him the subscription period is coming to an end and a new subscription (any subscription term can be selected) needs to be submitted in order to continue with the service.
Semi-annual subscription (to be renewed every six months)
By subscribing and buying a semi-annual subscription the buyer (subscriber) acknowledges and authorize the corresponded ordered box will be delivered every month and the payment will be charge in advance at the beginning of each period (every six months) and will be automatically renewed for successive six month periods. The subscriber can, at any time, cancel the subscription by logging into finetasteclub.com account or emailing to help@finetasteclub.com. All cancellations should be made 5 business days prior to the next billing day or less than 5 days of the current month delivery date (in the case of months following the corresponding period billing month) according to your billing records. The box corresponding to that month will be shipped and no refunds will apply to that month. the cancellation will be effective for the rest of the period and the subscriber will be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion paid for the subscription period.

The subscriber can, at any time, cancel the subscription by logging into finetasteclub.com account or emailing to help@finetasteclub.com. All cancellations should be made 5 business days prior to the next billing day according to your billing records. In case the cancelation occurs less than 5 business days of the billing day or less than 5 days of current month delivery date (in the case of months following the corresponding period billing month) according to your billing records. The box corresponding to that month will be shipped and no refunds will apply to that month. the cancellation will be effective for the rest of the period and the subscriber will be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion paid for the subscription period.

In the case the subscriber terminates its subscription in any of the subscription recurrences, the subscriber could still receive communication and emails from Fine Taste Club, unless the subscriber decides to opt out of receiving such communications
Individual orders
For all individual orders offered in the shop including previous Destination boxes, shop items, cancelations are accepted within 48 hours of the order placement date. Due our fast order process, no cancelation will be accepted after 48 hours of the date the order was placed. Cancellations could be made under manage my subscription tab or calling Customer Service 1800 826 0231 Mon-Fri 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM ET you will receive a cancelation number.
Returns & refunds
To ensure the best experience in handling your request, a Return Number is required for all returns. Call our Customer Service number 1800 826 0231 Mon-Fri 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM ET.
Return Policy
- All returns must have a Return Number
- All returns must be made within 48 hours from the order is delivered
- Merchandise must be unused and in the original packaging
- Refunds will only be issued to the original form of payment. Credit cards may take additional days to reflect the deposit to your account
- Gift recipients may only return their gift for a gift card in our shop
Replacements
In collaboration with our shipping and handling partners, we take great care to provide the best shipping and handling experience. In the rare case you receive a broken item, please send us a picture at help@finetasteclub.com and contact Customer Service within 48 hours of your order arrival date at 1800 826 0231. We will be happy to replace the product.
Can I track my order?
Your order can be tracked once it leaves our shipping center. We will send you a tracking number by email. Please be sure to add help@finetasteclub.com to your contact list and check your email spam or promotion tabs.

All shipping addresses can be changed online within 48 hours of your shipping date.
